would come here again
Nice room with cool amenities like a washing machine, fridge, and air conditioning. The bathroom had good pressure and a bidet, and I loved the strong wifi. Easy walk to Ueno station and the museums. The views were awesome, especially from higher floors. Breakfast had decent options too.

Very nice nighttime tranquility offering a relaxing atmosphere.
My experience was frustrating from the start. The entrance to the hotel was confusing, and I felt lost trying to find the lobby on the 20th floor. To make matters worse, I was charged incorrectly at check-in and had to deal with a panic-inducing call the next morning, both unnecessary and stressful. I noticed that the hallway carpets were outdated and gave a neglected impression. Even the towels in the room were worn out, quite disappointing for a hotel at this price point.

The venue was excellent value and well-maintained, I greatly enjoyed the location adjacent to Close to many jr as well as the Ueno Park, which is a pleasant place to stroll and admire the cherry blossom, and city views.

During my stay, I appreciated the amazing views of the Tokyo skyline from my room, especially on clear days when you could even see Mount Fuji. The location was perfect, with close proximity to Ueno Park and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. I especially loved the self-service coffee area that provided a nice spot to relax and enjoy a beverage. The carpet in the hallways felt heavily stained and could use a refresh, and the shower setup was a bit awkward to use. It was a comfortable stay, and I'd definitely return for the view and convenience.

The fine view of Tokyo Skytree from my room was a amazing feature, made my stay really good.
I found the breakfast options to be quite limited, with little variety over multiple days and no fresh fruit available.

comfortable stay but lacking in detail
The view from my room of the Tokyo Skytree was fine and added a nice touch to my stay. The room was also well-appointed, providing amenities like a fridge and strong wifi. I appreciated the hotel's prime location, being just a short distance from Ueno and Okachimachi stations, with access to public transport and nearby shopping. The city views were a highlight that enhanced my experience.
I noticed that the carpets in the hallways could use some attention, as they appeared dated and detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.
